William Beatty, Legionnaire of Lewis L. Millett Post 38 in South Korea, replaced the old POW/MIA flag on U.S. Army Garrison Casey with a new flag on Oct. 12, 2022. The POW/MIA flag is displayed hanging on the site of the Rock Garden (front gate) at Camp Casey. Post 38 has been responsible for taking care of the POW/MIA flag at the site for several years now. Also, this is the site where Post 38 conducts their annual POW/MIA Recognition Day ceremony.
