A WARTIME PRISON CAMP LOG

April 29, 2020 marks 75 years since Bob and his fellow POWs were liberated. His remarkable story is transcribed from the log he kept and carefully hid. Bob turned 21 in Stalag VII-A.

He always said, "I am not a hero." That is what heroes say. However, everyone who fought in World War II is a hero who overcame incredible odds to give us the freedom we enjoy today.

It was a great privilege to have Bob and Irene as friends and mentors and to be able to publish his book. Find a quiet corner and read Bob's story, a reminder in these trying times of the resilience of the human spirit.

Quantities are limited, so order your copy today at: www.robertcjackson.us. Bob includes a glossary of forties slang for those of us who may not know that a "fag" was a cigarette. My personal thanks to all the veterans for the gift you have given us. God bless you with much health and happiness.
