On Thursday, May 13, 2010, American Legion Post 155 honored two of the top JROTC Cadets with Medals and certificates of Appreciation during Lecanto High School JROTC Awards ceremony. Cadet Parker Cleve received the Military Excellence Bronze Medal and Cadet Daniel Locker received the Scholastic Excellence Bronze Medal.

American Legion Post 155 also awarded the Crystal River NJROTC program a small donation for use for The American Legion's continuing support of the JROTC program.
