Newly elected American Legion Department of Delaware President Jeanette (Jenny) Havel presented the American Legion Auxiliary National award for the ‘Best Overall Legislative Program’ in the Eastern Division to Virginia (Ginny) Potts, Department of Delaware Legislative Chairman. Both women are members of the David C. Harrison American Legion Auxiliary UNIT 14, Smyrna/Clayton.

The award was presented at the American Legion Auxiliary Department of Delaware workshop on September 18, 2010 for the Department Elected Officers and Executive Committee Chairs, Unit Presidents and Committee Chairs and included any interested Auxiliary member. The workshop was hosted by the David C. Harrison American Legion Auxiliary UNIT 14.
