Thanks to the generosity of the people of the Methow Valley, American Legion Post 143 in Twisp, Wash., collected all of this and more for the food bank plus over $337.50 in cash to the Cove food bank in Twisp, plus an equal amount is being donated directly to the people in the Cold Creek fire, the devastating fire making many lose their homes and everything they had.
