On Oct. 17, members of Daniel R. Olsen Post 594 participated in the clean-up of Duckwood Drive under the City of Eagan’s Adopt-A-Street program. Due to the current COVID-19 guidelines, the City would not provide gloves, yellow vests or garbage bags. The post members felt it was important to address the cleanliness of this area and therefore brought their own gear. They also took care of disposing approximately 50 gallons of trash collected during this activity. Although the morning started out rainy and raw, several residents stopped by to thank the post members for supporting the community.
