I remember going in the gas chamber and we were in two rows, one on the inside and one on the outside. I was on the outside. At first glance when I saw the inside guys take off their gas masks, I told my buddy next to me this will be a walk in the park. That was until I looked at the inside row gagging and choking, tears running and nose running also. My attitude changed fast. I will never forget it.
