DDPYoga Warrior's Purpose workout at Laconia Motorcycle Week

Laconia, NH

American Legion Riders from Post 294 in Pemberton, N.J., will be hosting a DDPYoga Warrior's Purpose workout and a Be the One event at Laconia Motorcycle Week on Wednesday, June 14, at Opechee Cove Picnic Area in Laconia, N.H.

DDPYoga Warrior's Purpose was developed with an understanding that physical and mental well-being cannot be separated. The two work together, equally, to improve the lives of our veterans. This thinking is why the program is centered on three core areas that work together to improve overall health and wellness: FITNESS • NUTRITION • MINDSET.

Warrior’s Purpose workouts are designed to meet all veterans where they are, delivering what’s needed, even for those with limited mobility. If they struggle to get out of bed or are in great shape, Warrior’s Purpose workouts will work for all veterans.

The workouts strengthen muscles, ligaments and tendons, while increasing flexibility, agility and balance.

The workout will be focused on stretching and strengthening joints and muscles related to riding motorcycles. Legion Rider Jeremy Kahle (USAF retired) is a disabled veteran and a certified DDPYoga Level 1 instructor. Kahle rebuilt his life using DDPYoga, and his goal now is to share this program with as many veterans as possible so they too may rebuild their lives and live life to the fullest.

Information and literature about the Be the One program will also be available.
