During the American Legion Department of Louisiana Convention held at the Best Western Convention Center in Alexandria from June 8-11, 2023, (listed from left to right) Commission on Children & Youth members Tina Cielatka and Glenn McFarlain, and Department Commander Allen Dunn, presented the 2023 Department Educator of the Year Award to Taylor Miller of Westwood Elementary School in Westlake.
