David Ross Smith, a 77-year member of The American Legion, celebrates his 96th birthday with members of the Amery, Wis. American Legion Post 169. He is seated front center. He is an active member of the post, never missing a meeting, and always lending a hand at our fundraising events. He is a World War II Navy veteran, assigned to USS Collingsworth.
