I started out as a Boy Scout and was trained in the art of drill and ceremonies, as well as training in many areas that public schools did not offer. My Scoutmaster was a retired Army major by the name of Rocky and our troop loved him.
By the time I was 16 I wanted to join the Marines but was held back due to my age. At 17 I convinced my mom to sign for me to join the Army, and the journey began with 2 tours in Korea, 1 tour in VN, 2 tours in Germany and the last tour in Desert Storm. My total time in the military was over 42 years and then I was in law enforcement for 20 years. Sad to say, but our nation is in trouble now and we have forgotten to serve our God and country and the founding fathers who sacrificed for us to this day. Like many of my brothers and sisters, I will always fly my flag 24/7.
