Paul E. Dillard, American Legion national commander, received a double surprise gift of world-renowned Napa Valley wines from Robin Mueller, Napa Post 113 commander, during his impromptu lunch visit on Dec 13. Dillard served in Vietnam with the U.S. Navy.

On Dec. 13, 2021, despite a major storm, National Commander Paul E. Dillard stopped for lunch at the historic Napa Post 113. The dignitaries present included Napa Mayor Scott Sedgley and Councilmember Bernie Narvaez, Department Adjutant Barbara Lombrano, National Executive Committeeman Mark Foxworthy, Vice Commander for Area 1 Lionel Williams, District 5 Vice Commander E.
