The Stitchin Chicks is a quilting group that utilizes our Post 186 facilities during the week and comprise a veteran, veteran spouses and our local community. They have been together approximately six years and have recently sent 32 quilts to Chattahoochee Hospice in Valley, Ala. They have also sent quilts to Newnan Pregnancy Center, Newnan, Ga., and to Fort McPherson for homeless veterans.
