Carroll County American Legion Post 41 adjutant Michael Manley designed a memorial to honor 62 fallen servicemembers from Carroll County, Ky. On May 25 the Legion Honor Guard rendered honors and Post Commander Michael Howard spoke to the audience during the Lest We Forget Community Concert.
