This is a demonstration video on how to properly "decommission" a U.S. flag. It was made in partnership with Richland American Legion Post 548, Scout Troop 150 and the Pine-Richland High School Jr. ROTC. This video was then shared and viewed by all four of the local elementary schools in the Pine-Richland School District. The video is also being used by the Laurel Highlands Scouting Council as a training video for other Scout troops to reference when "decommissioning" a U.S. flag.
