Riders from ALR Post 309 in Helotes, Texas, participated in the 5th Annual South-Central Texas American Legion Riders (SCTXALR) BBQ Cook-Off, hosted by ALR Post 533 in Bastrop, Texas.

Although we didn’t take home the overall title, our team earned an impressive second-place finish for our brisket. More importantly, we had a great time connecting with fellow Riders and enjoying the competition. We’re already looking forward to next year’s cook-off in Converse, Texas.
