To the members of The American Legion -

This is not just a playlist. It is a musical journey built as a tribute.

As we move toward America’s 250th year, I wanted to create something that reflects more than celebration. I wanted to reflect service, sacrifice, resilience, faith and the quiet strength of those who have carried this nation through war, peace, loss, rebuilding and renewal.

Every song in this collection is written as part of one continuous story:

* The spirit of freedom that was fought for and defended
* The weight of legacy carried by those who served
* The courage of ordinary people doing extraordinary things
* The faith and conviction that helped shape a nation
* And the responsibility we all share in what comes next

This project is called America Rising, but it is also about remembering what has always held America steady - people who showed up when it mattered most.

I did not create this to glorify anything superficial.

I created it to honor what endures:
Duty. Honor. Country. Faith. And the people behind it.

If you choose to listen, I encourage you to experience it in order, from beginning to end. Each track builds on the last like chapters in a living story.
