On Dec. 14, the John J. Morris Post 62 (Peoria, Ariz.) Riders continued delivering Christmas gifts, to 10 more families. For the second day in a row, about 20 motorcycles escorted Santa along with a truck and trailer full of gifts to youth. One family was stunned at how many gifts their children got; Dad just said wow, that he was expecting two or three small items. In the afternoon Santa said this program continues to grow and if it continues to grow it will take more than two days to deliver the items. The last family of the day was two beautiful twin girls, the second set of twin girls during the day. Santa, Grinch and the main elf continued to be the highlights of the day. It is so wonderful to see this event each year, and Santa was right, it continues to grow in the number of families being helped. Merry Christmas to all!
