Ruskin, Fla.

Stanislav Shavaryn-Sharkey just received a letter from Hillsborough County Commissioner Joshua Wostal, who is also a 10-year Navy veteran.

The letter commands Stanislav on his racing accomplishments and personal determination to succeed on and off the track.

Wostal has a history of helping his fellow veterans and supporting military personnel in the Tampa Bay area.

Stanislav has received support letters from other elected officials, like: President Trump, Congressman Vern Buchanan (former USAF) and Florida State Rep. Michael Owen.

On Aug. 4, Stanislav earned his yellow stripe belt at Action Karate in Valrico, Fla. He is showing the same determination
in karate, as he does in racing.

The next belt test for Stanislav is in October 2026.

Stanislav is a member of Squadron 17 at the Pearce-Keller American Legion post in Manhattan, Kan.
