SAN ANTONIO – (Sept. 15, 2026) – During the general membership meeting, Post Commander Amanda Parham presented Highlands High School JROTC Senior Instructor Col. Chris Wynder with a donation of $750 plus another $100 donation from Post Sergeant-at-Arms Fernando Rover in support of the school’s JROTC program.
