Women Veterans of SW Missouri American Legion Post 1214 in Springfield presented the Ozark Piecemakers Quilt Guild's Quilts of Valor program with 144 yards of fabric and $500 so they can continue with the amazing work they do for our veterans. This amount represented a portion of the post's Trivia Night proceeds and was awarded to the group in November 2022 as part of their Veterans Day presentation.

The mission of Quilts of Valor is to cover servicemembers and veterans with comforting and healing quilts of valor.
