American Legion member Mark Skalka of Post 21 (Westville, Ind.) has generously sponsored a local billboard advertisement to commemorate America 250 and Memorial Day, and to represent The American Legion, Post 21 and the membership. The billboard will appear in the Westville community for the month of May 2026 to honor and remember our fallen heroes and celebrate the semiquincentennial of our nation.
