Lozano was presented with a certificate by District Commander Eric Mayer joined by Department of Texas Commander Richard Huntley.

“Being considered among professionals across the state is both humbling and meaningful, and it would represent not only my individual efforts, but also the dedication and support of my department and colleagues,” said Lozano, who has been in law enforcement for approximately nine years. “I take great pride in the work I do and remain committed to serving my community with professionalism, integrity and accountability.”
