The Wade Hampton High School Navy Junior ROTC marched out smartly under the direction of retired 1st Sgt. Don DeLoach. He is also chaplain of Post 108.
Murphy Winn placed the POW/MIA sleeve over the empty memorial seat placed in a position of honor.
Robert Brown took the podium and addressed the crowd with a moving speech.
