Tucson, Area A, Arizona American Legion Baseball has a long history of excellence. This year, the season was kicked off with an opening ceremony where coaches, players and Legion leadership were celebrated. The event began with past coaches who had a long history of league support receiving plaques. All of the teams in the league, minus one, were on the field so moms and dads could snap photos. Two Legion posts sponsored two teams. Post 109 sponsored the Jaguars and the Bolts. Post 132 sponsored the Caballeros and Los Halcones.
