On Saturday, Nov. 29, the John J. Morris Post 62 (Peoria, Ariz.) Riders hosted their annual toy ride. They had breakfast to start the day. There was a 50/50 plus over 80 donated raffle items for people to pick from. After the 55 Riders went to four other sites before returning to Post 62; there was a great luncheon. Everyone brought a new unwrapped toy for the children. Those toys will be delivered in two weeks along with a whole lot more items for the families. Santa Claus led the ride! I would have pictures of breakfast and lunch, but I ate the meals before thinking about pictures - a statement on how good the meals were. It was a great event that our Riders hosted, and everyone had a great time supporting a great cause.
