A private in the motor pool complained daily to his fellow mechanics about generals constantly calling about their jeep repairs. He answered the next call and heard an authoritative voice ask, "Is my jeep finished or not?" Frustrated, he answered "Well if the blankity-blankity generals would stop calling me about repairs, I might get it done!" After a pause the general replied, "Do you know who this is?" "Well....no I don't?" replied the private. "This is one of those generals you just cussed-out!" The private swallowed hard and quickly said, "Well, do you know who this is...?" The general replied, "As a matter of fact, I don't!" With that, the private yelled "GOOD" and hung up!
