The John D. Wibby American Legion Auxiliary Unit 86 (Overgaard, Ariz.) “Service to Veterans Committee” brought Christmas festivities to our local veterans living in various facilities in Show Low, Ariz., on Dec 19, 2025. They organized the event, which included purchasing, wrapping and delivering Christmas presents. The veterans, some without any family, really enjoyed the time spent with the Auxiliary ladies as well as the gifts they received. In fact, time spent visiting with our veterans means so much to them, especially during the holiday season when there is such an emphasis on family activities.
