On Jan. 4, the John J. Morris Post 62 (Peoria, Ariz.) Riders hosted their annual memorial ride. Delayed due to weather on Jan. 1, today was a beautiful day for a ride. They held a ceremony hosted by their chaplain, honoring Riders who have passed away with candles being lit with each name read. A very quiet room after it was over as everyone remembered the fallen. Then it was time for the annual picture of the Riders and off for a ride for lunch and more time to remember the lost ones. The brotherhood and sisterhood within the group is very strong. A salute to the Riders for their special closeness.
