Nothing says good mooring in Puerto Rico more than a nice, hot cup of coffee. Hard to do when you are instructed to be fasting for your scheduled laboratories. That is where Post 67 (Rincon Inc.) comes in. On Friday, Feb. 6, 2026, members of Post 67 were up at 5:30 a.m. to get ready to serve coffee, juice and sandwiches for veterans finishing up their labs. Though it was a quiet morning, more than 40 veterans and family members stopped by our station to have a cup of coffee, chat about their day and share military stories. It was a morning filled with excitement and accomplishment.
As always, we thank Ruth Arocho, VA Mayaguez Clinic administrator, who was instrumental in organizing the breakfast drive, and we thank her for all the support we have received throughout the year.
