Last week and this week I rode the bike 50 miles, hiked 15 miles and swam 1 mile. These are part of my weekly routine all summer. I retired last year and spend most of my days enjoying the great outdoors. It's a pleasure to be able to support a good cause and keep physically active at the same time.
The picture attached is outside the left-field wall from the old Forbes Field in Pittsburgh, the spot where Bill Mazeroski's bottom of the 9th inning home run beat the Yankees for the World Series in 1960.
