Col. Lewis L. Millett Post 38 (Seoul, South Korea) Commander Michael Napsey and Adjutant William Black signed documents requesting the establishment of a new American Legion post (Post 36) for Daegu, Korea. The request was sent to the Department of the Philippines along with the names of 16 New American Legion members in the middle of December. The department submitted the request for temporary charter for Post 36 to National Headquarters.
