Department of Louisiana Raceland Memorial Post 349 of Raceland provided and dedicated a POW/MIA "Missing Man Table" for permanent display at the New Orleans VA Hospital (Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System).
A special dedication ceremony was held on the facility property on POW/MIA Remembrance Day (Sept. 15, 2017). American Legion Past National and Louisiana Department Chaplain Gerald Theriot, along with New Orleans VA Hospital Director Fernando Rivera, officiated the event.
The POW/MIA Table will be on permanent display in the hospital foyer and can be moved for events in the hospital.
