I’ve been a musician for many years and was inspired to write this song. Tired of all the negative crap that’s out there,
The small community I live in has encouraged me to do everything possible to get my song out there. This is a hope and prayer.

About the author:
I’m a proud American, husband, father, grandfather. And musician! I have truly been inspired to write this song. My grandparents immigrated legally in the early 1900s. My uncles served in WWII, my father during Korea, I lost my cousin Ronnie Jasinski in Vietnam (Army helicopter pilot KIA), and two younger brothers in the Army, one Green Beret. Along with others in my wife’s family. My nephew Ricki Smith was murdered about 20 years ago. So I have a lot of life experience to pull from. I’ve always worked hard and have done everything on my own. I know what it takes to make it in America. FYI: my uncle Stanley Steciak was at D-Day, 1st Ranger and big supporter of the Legion; a great American!
