One of the John J. Morris Post 62 (Peoria, Ariz.) Riders is a rising star in the community. Richard Dobson says he does what he does for who it benefits; it is not about him. One of the most humble men you will ever meet. He is treasurer of the Post 62 Legion Riders, one of the head cooks on Riders Night in the kitchen and more. Outside the post is where he really shines. He is the honorary commander of Luke AFB 944th Fighter Wing and main liaison to the community. He coordinated a recent flag retirement between our post and Luke. He is also a member of the City of Peoria Veterans Board, leading the way for veterans through the city.
