Cody is a proud graduate of both the Nashville School of Law and Austin Peay State University. He also holds an academic foundation from Palma High School in Salinas, Calif. Cody is the son of Ernest and Dawn Schmidt of Clarksville; Cody’s roots run deep in the Clarksville community, where he is eager to continue his career and contribute to the area’s legal and social well-being.
Active in local organizations, Cody is a devoted member of the Sons of The American Legion Squadron 289, where he supports veterans and their families. He also stays involved with the Alpha Tau Omega (ATO) fraternity, fostering leadership and camaraderie within the community. When not practicing law, Cody can often be found working out at the gym, staying active and maintaining his physical health.
