Over 1 million visitors a year go to the Arizona memorial there. Everyone who survived the sinking had their remains added there until the last one passed, and now 100% of the Arizona crew rest together in the sunken ship. The Post Riders rolled in with a huge turnout to kick off the event. The Honor Guard lowered the flag to half-mast with 21-gun salute. The chaplain gave an opening prayer followed by the singing of the national anthem. Commander Singer gave a stirring story on the history of what happened that day. After closing prayer, the event concluded.
