Arthur J. Minichiello, Sr., a World War II veteran and 22-year continuous member of American Legion Revere Post 61 in Revere, Massachusetts, turned 100 on Nov. 1. He was presented a certificate of recognition by Department Vice Commander Christopher (CJ) Manning and Mary-dith Tuitt, commander of Post 16.
