Col. Lewis L. Millet American Legion Post 38 in South Korea had the privilege of hosting National Commander Dan K. Wiley and his wife Sonia for a meet-and-greet and fellowship dinner on July 23, 2026, prior to their participation in the Korea Revisit Program. The event was held at the Salad King in Mapo-gu, Seoul and put together by Steve Tharp, Post 38 service officer/advocate; the Salad King is the current meeting place and home of Post 38. Prior to the dinner, Post Commander Lon Garwood, along with Daniel Pinkston and Tharp, provided Wiley a briefing pertaining to Korea.
